Matthew Reed Business Services Manager

Matthew is good with numbers. It’s a good thing, too. He is in charge of the management of financial operations. Previous to his time at Novatech he had 15 years of experience in the public sector.

Matthew enjoys the human interaction element of his role. “Numbers generally don’t talk back to you, but engaging with people and using financial analysis as a platform for communication and sound decision making allows me to earn my stripes as a Novatech team member.”

When he’s not crunching digits, you’ll find him on a bike. “I am a dedicated cycling ‘weekend warrior’ and often lay claim to the ‘hairiest legs in Lycra on Mt Lofty’.” He is also an obsessive curator of the backyard footy field and cricket pitch. “I even begrudgingly enjoy the coldest of days when I am picked to run out against the Crows in the weekend backyard footy match.”
