Co-owner Milenko ‘Menk’ Novakovic gets a kick out of the challenges of his role. In a nutshell it involves research and development, plus repairs and maintenance. “I really enjoy research and the challenge of tackling things that need to be fixed,” he says. “There’s nothing you can’t fix if you’re focused.”

His most memorable moment was back in 2005. “We were fresh into Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre as technical supply partners and with a very new L-Acoustics Kudo speaker system I got to hear arguably one of the world’s best rock bands The Foo Fighters put on an awesome show. I needed to pinch myself, I was smiling for days!”

In his past life, Menk used to DJ. You won’t find him in nightclubs anymore though. When he’s not with his family or at work, you’ll most likely find him fishing.
