Adelaide 500 State Dinner

Transforming a traditional gala into an immersive storytelling experience, Novatech delivered South Australia’s first large-scale projection-mapped dining environment for over 500 distinguished guests at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

As AV Production Partner, our team provided end-to-end creative design and technical delivery, weaving light, sound, and motion into a seamless narrative that celebrated South Australian excellence. The event also served as a hands-on training opportunity for emerging talent through the Novatech Academy, reinforcing our commitment to industry development.

LIV Golf Adelaide 2025

Returning for the third year as Production Partner, Novatech delivered full-scale production for the globally renowned LIV Golf Adelaide at The Grange Golf Club.
With 102,483 attendees and 27,000 concert-goers nightly, the event combined elite sport and live entertainment to deliver one of Australia’s most successful sporting festivals, contributing $81.46 million in economic impact.

Despite complex site constraints, our team executed flawless transitions across sport and music activations—ensuring world-class experiences that showcased both precision and adaptability.

The Lucid Dream Collective by creators Moment Factory at Vivid Sydney

As Technical Partner for the global creative studio Moment Factory, we provided technical delivery for their debut Vivid Sydney installation, The Lucid Dream Collective.

The interactive activation used generative AI technology to create real-time portraits of festival-goers projected onto Martin Place. The collaboration between our Adelaide-based engineers and Moment Factory’s Montreal team resulted in a world-first, remotely managed AI system that captivated audiences and media alike, garnering 97 media mentions and 139 million potential views.
